Manufacturing Process
  1. Mixing the raw ingredients
  2. Melting the mixture at high temperature to prepare an alloy
  3. Pulverizing the alloy into fine powder

  5. Sintering at approximately 1,100°C followed by heat treatment at 600°C
  6. Precision machining to final product shape
  7. Applying protective surface treatment
  8. Magnetization to achieve final magnetic properties
